These folks are ill-literate.

Last night I went to check out the launch party for the summer line of Kiser, a clothing company that’s based around the idea of living a “Graphic Life”. The setting of Gallery Bar was quite appropriate, as there was an exhibition of water color paintings by an artist called Zito. To top it off, there was a performance set by the Hip-Hop crew Duo Live and the Spoken Word Collective iLL-Literacy. iLL-Lit is sponsored by Kiser, and their words are fittingly colorful and dynamic, like the juxtaposition between AK-47′s and Hibiscus flowers.

The drinks specials were very on point, so an Elsworthian recitation of the poetry is out of the question. May this video whet your appetites!
