This collabo is so bizarre and unexpected that even though it ventures out of the realm of gear, I feel compelled to post this. What you are looking at above, is yes, a box (oooh Astreet stay hittin’ us with the hot sh*t! now it’s designer cardboard!) which houses hair clippers by famed grooming brand Wahl and Mhi (as in Maharishi…yes, them again). I can’t front, I’ve had me a set of Wahl T-Outliner’s in my day to keep the hurrline fresh, but what I really want to know is – who approached who about this? What was that conversation like? Were the dudes over at Mhi like “yo son, I know how we gon’ crush the game fam – SIDEBURNS! CRISPY SIDEBURNS!” I can only imagine. In any case, they retail for about 100GBP, which if money and banking class taught me anything, means what, a cool 2 hunned? Something like that.
