Busta Rhymes – “Woo Hah!!!”

I’m not sure what it is, but something about this video captures how I’m feeling this Monday morning. Maybe it’s the how dare you ever try to step on my suede shoes?! part after getting off of a packed bus from PA and then the good ol’ NYC subway. Either way, this video was visually next level at the time, thanks in large part to a stylist I would love to have a conversation with. The “Woo Hah!!!” visual also conjures memories of ma dukes shutting me down on the patent leather Jordan’s when they first dropped talkin’ that ol’ “too expensive” and “kids are getting robbed for sneakers” stuff. Yeah yeah, but still!
