Old Money – “Chick Pea Jenga”
Over the past couple of years, we’ve had the pleasure of knowing some of the most interesting/inspiring/(insert another positive adjective here) young people in NYC. Poets, actors, fashonistas and much more – they run the city and have yet to pull a hammy. Yeah fams, it’s real. That said, we decided to document some of them as best we could through images, and subsequently created the soundtrack to this photo collection entitled Modern Marvels (snatchies: Mos Def). 1. That track’s straight blunted hotness. That’s some four AM smokeyafterparty nobody quite wants to go home yet but is getting pretty fuzzy but might just be able to go home with someone but can’t quite think clear enough to figure that out shit.
2. So I don’t know if you know them, but there’s this crew in DC called Nouveau Riche, and they basically run the party scene down there, but just because of your names, I’d like to see a Nouveau Riche/Old Money collabo.
