José James – “Blackmagic” (Joy Orbison’s Recreation)

Just did a doubletake when we saw this over at URB for a couple reasons. One, we posted a joint a lil’ while back from jazz musician/vocalist José James that was kind of a departure from our usual, but dope nonetheless, and two – the producer of Hyph Mngo (which was what by the way – funkystep? dubfunk?) remixed a joint of his? Nice. The remix, for a limited time, is available for download here. Or you can just pony up $3.96 for the whole remix EP on itunes.
